The Chelsea 272 Series power take-off assembly, part number 272AAKUP-B5RB or 272AAKUPB5RB, is a 6-bolt hot-shift PTO with pneumatic or hydraulic (PowerShift) engagement. It carries a continuous torque rating of up to 300 lb-ft (407 Nm) and an intermittent torque rating in the 201-300 lb-ft (401-500 Nm) range. The output shaft is a 1-1/4" round shaft with a 5/16" key. Shaft power output reaches 57 HP at 1,000 RPM. The 272 Series consolidates earlier Chelsea medium-duty lines and is used across towing and recovery, aerial, construction, and water truck applications.
