The Chelsea 272 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 272AAKUP-B5XD or 272AAKUPB5XD, is a 6-bolt hot-shift PTO built for medium-duty mobile applications including towing and recovery, aerial equipment, construction, and water trucks. It mounts with a 6-bolt pattern and delivers output through a 1-1/4" round shaft with a 5/16" key. Shift is pneumatic or PowerShift (pneumatic/hydraulic), with an integral air control valve included. Continuous torque capability reaches 300 lb-ft (407 Nm); intermittent torque is rated at 201-300 lb-ft (401-500 Nm). Output power exceeds 56 HP (41-50 kW).
