The Chelsea 272 Series PTO Assembly, part number 272GBHVP-H3XR or 272GBHVPH3XR, is a 6-bolt hot shift power take-off built for medium-duty mobile applications including aerial, construction equipment, towing and recovery, and water trucks. The 272 Series consolidates multiple prior Chelsea PTO lines into one flexible platform offering nine speed ratios and eighteen shift options. This series supports intermittent torque ratings from 201 to 300 lb-ft (401-500 Nm) and delivers 56 or more horsepower output. Shift options include pneumatic and hydraulic actuation, with an integral air control valve included. An optional Wet-Spline output extends PTO and pump shaft service life.
