The Chelsea 272 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 272NBHVP-B3RE or 272NBHVPB3RE, is a 6-bolt hot shift PTO designed for medium-duty hydraulic and pneumatic-shift applications. It mounts to transmissions from Allison, Eaton/Fuller, Ford, Aisin, Volvo/Mack, and RAM platforms. The output shaft is a 1-1/4" round shaft with a 5/16" key. Continuous torque capability reaches 300 lb-ft (407 Nm), with intermittent torque rated at 201-300 lb-ft (401-500 Nm). Shift type is pneumatic/PowerShift (pneumatic/hydraulic). The 272 Series consolidates and replaces earlier Chelsea 230, 231, 236, 238, 270, and 271 series PTOs.
