The Chelsea 272 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 272XAAJX-A5XD or 272XAAJXA5XD, is a 6-bolt hot shift PTO designed for medium-duty mobile applications including aerial work platforms, construction equipment, water trucks, and towing and recovery vehicles. The 272 Series consolidates and replaces the 230, 231, 236, 238, 270, and 271 series into a single versatile platform. It supports intermittent torque ratings from 201 to 300 lb-ft (401-500 Nm) and delivers 56-plus HP output. Available with pneumatic or hydraulic shift and an integral air control valve.
