The Chelsea 272 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 272XBAJP-A3RK or 272XBAJPA3RK, is a 6-bolt, medium-duty hot-shift PTO with pneumatic or PowerShift (pneumatic/hydraulic) actuation. The output shaft is a 1-1/4" round shaft with a 5/16" key. Continuous torque capability reaches 300 lb-ft (407 Nm); intermittent torque is rated at 201-300 lb-ft (401-500 Nm). Shaft power output at 500 RPM is 29 HP (21 kW), rising to 57 HP (43 kW) at 1,000 RPM. The 272 Series is compatible with transmissions from Allison, Eaton/Fuller, Ford, Aisin, Volvo/Mack, and RAM, among others.
