The Chelsea 272 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 272XMAJP-A3XD or 272XMAJPA3XD, is a 6-bolt hot-shift PTO built for medium-duty hydraulic and pneumatic drive applications. It mounts to transmissions from Allison, Eaton/Fuller, Ford, Aisin, Volvo/Mack, and RAM, among others. The output shaft is a 1-1/4" round shaft with a 5/16" key. Shift is pneumatic or PowerShift (pneumatic/hydraulic), with an integral air control valve included. The 272 Series carries a continuous torque rating up to 300 lb-ft (407 Nm) and an intermittent torque rating of 201-300 lb-ft (401-500 Nm), with shaft power of 29 HP at 500 RPM and 57 HP at 1,000 RPM.
