The Chelsea 272 Series Power Take-Off, part number 272XMAJX-V3XR or 272XMAJXV3XR, is a 6-bolt hot shift PTO assembly designed for medium-duty work truck applications including aerial, construction equipment, towing and recovery, and water trucks. The 272 Series consolidates several earlier Chelsea medium-duty PTO lines into one platform, carrying a continuous torque rating up to 300 lb-ft (407 Nm) and an intermittent torque range of 201-300 lb-ft (401-500 Nm). This unit ships with a 1-1/4" round output shaft with a 5/16" key. Shift is pneumatic or PowerShift (pneumatic/hydraulic), and an integral air control valve is included.
