The 272 Series consolidates and replaces the earlier Chelsea 230, 231, 236, 238, 270, and 271 series into a single medium-duty hot-shift platform. The series offers nine speed ratios and eighteen shift options. Direct-mount outputs are available with an optional wet-spline configuration for extended PTO and pump shaft service life. Driveshaft outputs can be configured with Smart-Start for high-torque start-up conditions. Rotatable flanges allow flexible installation positioning.
