The Chelsea 282XBAJX-P3BD or 282XBAJXP3BD is a genuine 282 Series Power Take-Off assembly built for medium-duty hot shift applications. The 282 Series mounts via an 8-bolt pattern and supports both pneumatic and hydraulic (PowerShift) shift options. It is rated for up to 300 lb-ft of intermittent torque and delivers up to 57 HP at 1,000 RPM. The series offers nine speed ratios and eighteen shift configurations, making it adaptable across aerial, construction, towing and recovery, water truck, and fuel oil delivery applications. Direct mount outputs include an optional Wet-Spline configuration for extended PTO and pump shaft life. Round shaft outputs are available in 1-1/4 in. with a 5/16 in. key or 1 in. with a 1/4 in. key.
