The Chelsea 282 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 282XKDAX-P5RK or 282XKDAXP5RK, is a medium-duty hot shift PTO built on Chelsea's redesigned 282 platform. It mounts via an 8-bolt pattern and is available in pneumatic or hydraulic (PowerShift) shift configurations. The 282 Series supports intermittent torque ratings from 201 to 300 lb-ft (401 to 500 Nm) and is rated for continuous-duty operation. Output shaft options within the series include a 1-1/4" round shaft with a 5/16" key and a 1" round shaft with a 1/4" key. Shaft power is rated at 29 HP at 500 RPM and 57 HP at 1,000 RPM.
