The Chelsea 282 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 282XTAJX-V3RK or 282XTAJXV3RK, is an 8-bolt medium-duty hot shift PTO engineered for demanding continuous-duty work cycles. It supports up to 300 lb-ft (407 Nm) continuous torque and 201-300 lb-ft (401-500 Nm) intermittent torque, with shaft power rated at 29 HP (21 kW) at 500 RPM and 57 HP (43 kW) at 1,000 RPM. The 1-1/4" round output shaft includes a 5/16" keyway. Shift options include pneumatic and PowerShift (pneumatic/hydraulic). Compatible transmission families include Allison, Volvo/Mack, and Eaton/Fuller. The 282 Series serves aerial, construction, towing and recovery, water truck, and fuel oil delivery applications.
