The Chelsea 288 Series Power Take-Off, part number 288GDFJP-M8RK or 288GDFJPM8RK, is a heavy-duty constant mesh PTO built for 10-bolt applications. It carries a single, continuous duty torque rating of up to 390 lb-ft and offers nine speed ratios covering both low and high ranges. The cast iron housing and ductile iron bearing caps, 117% stronger than gray iron, make this a durable choice for demanding duty cycles including refuse, aerial, vacuum, and snow/ice equipment. Rotatable cast iron flanges reduce interference clearance issues, and the standard output shaft features a positive-stop design to protect the oil seal from driveline coupling damage. A hose is included with the assembly. The 288 Series replaces the Chelsea 287 Series PTO. Call us to confirm proper fit for your application.
