The Chelsea 489XCAHX-A5RA or 489XCAHXA5RA is a 2-gear, 8-bolt Power Take-Off assembly from the 489 Series, designed to mount directly to most manual transmissions including Eaton/Fuller, Volvo/Mack, and Tremec without an adapter plate. The one-piece cast iron housing eliminates the adapter plate used on earlier designs, reducing potential leak paths. Shift type is wire/cable mechanical. The 1-1/4" round output shaft with key delivers up to 250 lb-ft intermittent torque and 46-55 HP output power. Shaft power is rated at 24 HP at 500 RPM and 48 HP at 1000 RPM.
