The Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off, part number 489XHITX-A3XD or 489XHITXA3XD, mounts directly to the 8-bolt transmission opening on most manual transmissions including Eaton Fuller, Volvo/Mack, and Tremec. The one-piece cast iron housing eliminates the need for an adapter plate, removing a common leak path. Output shaft is 1-1/4" round with key. Shift is wire/cable mechanical. Intermittent torque rating for the 489 Series is 201-300 lb-ft (301-400 Nm), with shaft power of 24 HP at 500 RPM and 48 HP at 1,000 RPM.
