The Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 489XLITX-W3XQ or 489XLITXW3XQ, mounts directly to an 8-bolt transmission opening without an adapter plate. The one-piece cast iron housing delivers the same 250 lb-ft intermittent torque capacity as the Chelsea 442 Series. Output is delivered through a 1-1/4" round shaft with keyway. Shift actuation is wire/cable mechanical. Shaft power output is rated at 24 HP at 500 RPM and 48 HP at 1,000 RPM. The series fits most manual transmissions with an 8-bolt PTO aperture, including Eaton Fuller, Mack, and Tremec.
