The Chelsea 871 Series Power Take-Off, part number 871XBFJP-D3RS or 871XBFJPD3RS, is a 10-bolt PowerShift (hydraulic) PTO designed for Allison transmissions. The series delivers continuous torque capacity up to 670 lb-ft (908 N-m) with no derating required for continuous-duty applications. Nine speed ratios and thirteen output options give installers broad flexibility across fire and rescue, truck crane, pumper cleaner, and refuse applications. The ductile iron bearing cap is 117% stronger than gray iron, and an O-ring sealing configuration between the housing and bearing cap improves clamp load while reducing vibration-related damage. Optional Wet Spline, SmartStart, and Quiet Gear configurations are available. The 871 Series is the only Chelsea PTO to offer all three of those options together.
