The Chelsea 871XDFJW-B3RF or 871XDFJWB3RF is a 10-bolt PowerShift (hydraulic) Power Take-Off from Chelsea's 871 Series, designed for Allison transmission applications. The compact housing reduces clearance concerns compared to larger PTO designs, and the ductile iron bearing cap delivers 117% greater strength than gray iron. An O-ring sealing configuration between the housing and bearing cap improves clamp load and resists vibrational stress from modern engine designs. The series supports continuous-duty operation with torque capacity up to 670 lb-ft (908 N-m), nine available speed ratios, and thirteen output options. The 871 Series is the only Chelsea PTO to combine all three premium options: Wet Spline, SmartStart, and Quiet Gear. Wet Spline lubrication extends both PTO and pump shaft service life.
