The Chelsea 878LAFJW-M5TS or 878LAFJWM5TS is a constant mesh Power Take-Off assembly from the Chelsea 878 Series, engineered for Allison 10-bolt transmissions. The ductile iron bearing cap is 117% stronger than gray iron, and an O-ring sealing configuration between the housing and bearing cap reduces vibrational effects while improving clamp load. Rotatable cast-iron flanges minimize clearance interference, and the driveline output design includes a positive stop to prevent oil seal damage from coupling. The 878 Series carries a single continuous duty torque rating of up to 670 lb-ft. Wet Spline Lubrication provides 7 to 10 times greater shaft life, and a hose is included.
