The Chelsea 878 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 878XBFJW-M5RF or 878XBFJWM5RF, is a constant mesh PTO engineered to fit Allison and CAT 10-bolt transmissions. It delivers up to 670 lb-ft of continuous and intermittent torque, the highest torque capability in this package size. The ductile iron bearing cap is 117% stronger than gray iron, and an O-ring sealing configuration between the housing and bearing cap improves clamp load and reduces vibration damage. Rotatable cast iron flanges minimize interference clearance issues, and a Positive Stop design on driveline outputs eliminates oil seal damage. The Wet Spline Lubrication option extends shaft life by 7 to 10 times. Nine speed ratios cover both low and high speed demands. A hydraulic hose is included. Sold by Pro Gear and Transmission.
