The Fabco 732-0355 or 732355 oil seal is listed in the factory parts lists for the Fabco TC 140, TC 141, TC 142, TC 1421, TC 170, TC 170-PD and TC 270 transfer cases. The TC 140 and TC 141 lists call it the lower shaft rear output seal, and the TC 142 and TC 1421 lists call it the rear output oil seal, one per assembly. In the TC 170, TC 170-PD and TC 270 it appears as item 2, one per assembly.
