The Muncie CS8 Series Power Take-Off, part number CS8B-U6806-A1CX or CS8BU6806A1CX, is an 8-bolt clutch shift PTO designed to fit most popular automatic and manual transmissions, including the Allison 1000/2000 series. Direct mount pump flanges are SAE "A", "B", and "BB" as well as DIN 5462 compatible, and all flanges are rotatable to allow maximum clearance during installation. Three remote mount output shaft options are available in keyed and flange types for versatility with remote pump drives. The patented Muncie drag brake prevents shaft rotation when the PTO is in the OFF position. An optional pulse generator supports System Protection Device shaft speed monitoring.
