The Muncie CS8B-U6806-A1SX or CS8BU6806A1SX is an 8-bolt clutch shift power take-off from the CS8 Series, designed to mount on a wide range of automatic and manual transmissions including the Allison 1000 and 2000 series. Direct mount pump flanges accept SAE "A", "B", and "BB" as well as DIN 5462 pump pads, and the flanges rotate to position the pump for maximum clearance. Three remote mount output shafts are available in keyed and flange types for flexible pump drive configurations. The patented Muncie drag brake prevents output shaft rotation when the unit is in the off position. An optional pulse generator connects to a System Protection Device to monitor PTO shaft speed.
