The Muncie CS8 Series Power Take-Off, part number CS8B-U6806-E1BD or CS8BU6806E1BD, is an 8-bolt clutch shift PTO designed for both automatic and manual transmission applications, including the Allison 1000 and 2000 series. It accepts SAE "A", "B", and "BB" as well as DIN 5462 direct-mount pump flanges, and those flanges rotate to maximize pump clearance. Three remote-mount output shaft options cover keyed and flange configurations for versatility in hydraulic pump drive setups. The patented Muncie drag brake prevents shaft rotation when the unit is switched off. An optional pulse generator is available for use with a System Protection Device to monitor PTO shaft speed.
