The Muncie CS8B-U6806-B1BX or CS8BU6806B1BX is a CS8 Series power take-off featuring an 8-bolt clutch shift engagement. It accepts 19 transmission input gear configurations, covering most popular automatic and manual transmissions including the Allison 1000/2000 series. Direct mount pump flanges conform to SAE "A", "B", and "BB" as well as DIN 5462 standards; all flanges are rotatable for pump positioning clearance. Three remote mount output shaft styles are available in keyed and flange types for remote pump drive flexibility. The patented Muncie drag brake holds the output shaft stationary when the PTO is disengaged. An optional pulse generator supports System Protection Device shaft-speed monitoring.
