The Muncie CS8 Series Power Take-Off, part number CS8B-U6806-A3BX or CS8BU6806A3BX, is an 8-bolt clutch shift PTO assembly designed to fit most popular automatic and manual transmissions, including the Allison 1000/2000 series. Direct mount pump flanges are rotatable to maximize clearance, and the unit accepts SAE "A", "B", and "BB" as well as DIN 5462 pump configurations. Three remote mount output shaft options cover keyed and flange types for flexible pump drive installations. Muncie's patented drag brake holds the output shaft stationary when the PTO is disengaged, and an optional pulse generator allows a System Protection Device to monitor shaft speed.
