The Muncie CS8 Series Power Take-Off, part number CS8B-U6809-A1KX or CS8BU6809A1KX, is an 8-bolt clutch shift PTO designed to fit most popular automatic and manual transmissions, including the Allison 1000 and 2000 series. Direct mount pump flanges are rotatable to maximize clearance, and the unit accepts SAE "A", "B", and "BB" as well as DIN 5462 pump configurations. Three remote mount output shaft options are available in keyed and flange types for versatile pump drive setups. Muncie's patented drag brake prevents output shaft rotation when the PTO is disengaged. An optional pulse generator allows a System Protection Device to monitor PTO shaft speed.
