The Muncie CS8 Series Power Take-Off, part number CS8B-U6809-E3ZX or CS8BU6809E3ZX, is an 8-bolt clutch shift PTO designed to fit most popular automatic and manual transmissions, including the Allison 1000/2000 series. Direct mount pump flanges are available in SAE "A", "B", and "BB" as well as DIN 5462 configurations, and the flanges rotate to allow maximum pump clearance. Three remote mount output shaft options cover both keyed and flange types for versatility in remote pump drive applications. Muncie's patented drag brake keeps the output shaft stationary when the PTO is disengaged. An optional pulse generator supports System Protection Device monitoring of PTO shaft speed.
