The Muncie CS8 Series Power Take-Off, part number CS8B-U6809-P3KX or CS8BU6809P3KX, is an 8-bolt clutch shift PTO designed for direct mount pump applications on most popular automatic and manual transmissions, including Allison 1000/2000 series. Three remote mount output shaft configurations are available in keyed and flange types, making it adaptable for remote pump drive setups. SAE "A", "B", and "BB" as well as DIN 5462 direct mount pump flanges are supported, with rotatable flanges for maximum clearance in tight installs. The patented Muncie drag brake prevents shaft rotation when the unit is in the OFF position. An optional pulse generator is available to allow a System Protection Device to monitor PTO shaft speed.
