The Muncie CS8B-U6809-E3PX or CS8BU6809E3PX is a CS8 Series power take-off unit with an 8-bolt clutch shift configuration. It accommodates 19 transmission input gears, covering most popular automatic and manual transmissions including the Allison 1000/2000 series. Direct mount pump flanges meet SAE "A", "B", and "BB" as well as DIN 5462 standards, and the flanges are fully rotatable for maximum clearance during installation. Muncie's patented drag brake prevents output shaft rotation when the PTO is disengaged. Three remote mount output shaft options in keyed and flange types give added flexibility for remote pump drive setups. An optional pulse generator allows a System Protection Device to monitor PTO shaft speed. Overall dimensions are 11.63 in. H x 13.38 in. W x 15.63 in. L.
