The Muncie CS8B-U6809-E1BX (also referenced as CS8BU6809E1BX) is a CS8 Series power take-off with an 8-bolt, clutch shift configuration. It fits most popular automatic and manual transmissions, including the Allison 1000/2000 series. Direct mount pump options cover SAE "A", "B", and "BB" flanges as well as DIN 5462, with rotatable flanges that let you position the pump for maximum clearance. Three remote mount output shaft options are available in keyed and flange types for remote pump drive applications. Muncie's patented drag brake prevents output shaft rotation when the PTO is disengaged. An optional pulse generator allows a System Protection Device to monitor PTO shaft speed.
