The Muncie CS8D-S6812-A3IX is a CS8 Series power take-off featuring an 8-bolt clutch shift design. This unit fits a wide range of automatic and manual transmissions, including the Allison 1000/2000 series, via 19 transmission input gear configurations. Three remote mount output shaft options, in keyed and flange types, provide flexibility for remote pump drives. Direct mount pump flanges conform to S.A.E. "A", "B", and "BB" as well as DIN 5462 standards, and the flanges are rotatable for maximum pump clearance. Muncie's patented drag brake prevents shaft rotation when the PTO is in the OFF position.
