The Muncie CS8 Series Power Take-Off, part number CS8D-S6812-E1ID or CS8DS6812E1ID, is an 8-bolt clutch shift PTO built for broad transmission compatibility across most popular automatic and manual transmissions, including the Allison 1000/2000 series. Direct mount pump flanges are available in SAE "A", "B", and "BB" as well as DIN 5462 configurations, and all flanges are rotatable to maximize clearance for pump positioning. Three remote mount output shaft options cover keyed and flange types for flexible pump drive arrangements. The patented Muncie drag brake locks the output shaft in the OFF position, and an optional pulse generator supports System Protection Device shaft speed monitoring.
