The Muncie CS8S-U6005-E1CX or CS8SU6005E1CX is a CS8 Series power take-off featuring an 8-bolt clutch shift engagement. It accepts 19 transmission input gears, making it compatible with most popular automatic and manual transmissions including Allison 1000/2000 series. Direct mount pump options include SAE "A", "B", and "BB" flanges plus DIN 5462, with rotatable flanges so the pump can be positioned for maximum clearance. Three remote mount output shaft configurations are available in keyed and flange types for remote pump drive setups. The patented Muncie drag brake prevents shaft rotation when the PTO is in the OFF position. An optional pulse generator allows a System Protection Device to monitor PTO shaft speed.
