The Muncie CS8S-U6003-E1CX or CS8SU6003E1CX is an 8-bolt clutch shift power take-off from the CS8 Series. It accepts 19 transmission input gears, covering most popular automatic and manual transmissions including Allison 1000/2000 series. Direct mount pump flanges in SAE "A", "B", and "BB" as well as DIN 5462 configurations are supported, and those flanges rotate to clear surrounding components. Three remote mount output shaft options are available in keyed and flange types for flexible pump drive setups. Muncie's patented drag brake holds the output shaft stationary when the PTO is disengaged. An optional pulse generator supports System Protection Device shaft-speed monitoring.
