The Muncie CS8 Series Power Take-Off, part number CS8S-U6005-E1KP or CS8SU6005E1KP, is an 8-bolt clutch shift PTO designed for direct mount pump applications on both automatic and manual transmissions, including the Allison 1000/2000 series. The CS8 accepts SAE "A", "B", and "BB" as well as DIN 5462 direct mount pumps, with rotatable flanges that allow repositioning for clearance. Three remote mount output shaft options - keyed and flange types - add versatility for remote pump drives. Intermittent torque ratings reach 300 lb-ft (407 Nm) at speed ratios 03 through 07, and 275 lb-ft (373 Nm) at ratios 09 through 14.
