The Muncie CS8S-U6807-A1IX or CS8SU6807A1IX is an 8-bolt clutch shift PTO from the CS8 Series, designed to fit most popular automatic and manual transmissions including the Allison 1000/2000 series. Direct mount pump flanges are rotatable to position the pump for maximum clearance, and the unit supports SAE "A", "B", and "BB" as well as DIN 5462 direct mount pump configurations. Three remote mount output shaft options cover keyed and flange types for added versatility in remote pump drive setups. Muncie's patented drag brake prevents shaft rotation when the PTO is in the off position, reducing wear and heat buildup at the output.
