The Muncie CS8S-U6812-A1IX or CS8SU6812A1IX is an 8-bolt clutch-shift power take-off from the CS8 Series, designed for direct-mount hydraulic pump drives on a wide range of automatic and manual transmissions, including Allison 1000/2000 series units. It accommodates 19 transmission input gears and three remote-mount output shaft configurations in both keyed and flange styles. Direct-mount pump flanges are rotatable, giving technicians clearance flexibility during installation. Muncie's patented drag brake holds the output shaft stationary in the OFF position, eliminating unwanted rotation.
