The Chelsea 272XKESX-13XD or 272XKESX13XD is a 272 Series hot shift power take-off built on a 6-bolt mounting pattern. The Chelsea 272 Series consolidates and replaces the earlier 230, 231, 236, 238, 270, and 271 Series medium-duty hot shift PTOs into a single, more capable platform. The series offers nine speed ratios and eighteen shift options. Rotatable flanges allow flexible installation orientation. The Wet-Spline option (where applicable) extends PTO and pump shaft service life, and the Smart Start option is available for high-torque start-up conditions.
