The Chelsea 489GSAHX-V3RE or 489GSAHXV3RE is a 489 Series Power Take-Off built for 8-bolt manual transmission openings, including Eaton Fuller, Mack, and Tremec gearboxes. The one-piece cast iron housing bolts directly to the transmission without an adapter plate, eliminating a potential leak path. This unit uses tapered bearings rather than needle bearings for greater load-bearing capability, and the series carries an intermittent torque rating of 201-300 lb-ft.
