The Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off 489XSAHX-P3XK or 489XSAHXP3XK mounts directly to an 8-bolt transmission opening on most manual transmissions, including Eaton Fuller, Mack, and Tremec. The one-piece cast iron housing eliminates the need for an adapter plate, cutting installation time and reducing potential leak paths. This unit uses a wire/cable mechanical shift and features a 1-1/4" round keyed output shaft. The 489 Series carries the same 250 lb-ft torque capacity as the Chelsea 442 Series, with tapered bearings in place of needle bearings for greater load-bearing capability.
