The Chelsea 890 Series Power Take-Off, part number 890MCFJW-B5XK or 890MCFJWB5XK, is a hydraulic PowerShift PTO engineered specifically for Allison 3000 MD and 4000 HD Series transmissions. It mounts via a 10-bolt pattern and delivers an SAE C (XS) output with a continuous-duty torque rating up to 670 ft-lb and intermittent torque above 501 ft-lb. Shaft power reaches 64 HP at 500 RPM and 128 HP at 1,000 RPM. The one-piece main shaft eliminates input splines between the PTO and output extension, while the wet-spline output lubricates the pump interface for extended service life in demanding applications. The clutch is positioned at the rear of the housing to maximize clearance between the pump and the frame rail, making this unit well-suited for aerial trucks, fire and rescue, snow and ice equipment, and refuse trucks.
