The Chelsea 272 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 272XBAJP-H3RY or 272XBAJPH3RY, is a 6-bolt hot shift PTO designed for medium-duty applications in aerial, construction, towing and recovery, and water truck service. The 1-1/4" round output shaft uses a 5/16" key and supports shaft power of 29 HP at 500 RPM and 57 HP at 1,000 RPM. Shift is pneumatic or PowerShift (pneumatic/hydraulic), with an integral air control valve included. Intermittent torque rating is 201-300 lb-ft (401-500 Nm); continuous torque reaches 300 lb-ft (407 Nm) per application page ratings.
