The Chelsea 282 Series Power Take-Off, part number 282GKAJX-V3XD or 282GKAJXV3XD, is a medium-duty hot-shift PTO built for demanding continuous-duty applications. It mounts via an 8-bolt pattern and accepts pneumatic or PowerShift (pneumatic/hydraulic) actuation with an integral air valve, no external valve required. The output shaft is a 1-1/4" round shaft with a 5/16" key. Continuous torque capability reaches 300 lb-ft (407 Nm); intermittent torque is rated in the 201-300 lb-ft (401-500 Nm) range. Shaft power output is 29 HP at 500 RPM and 57 HP at 1,000 RPM. Compatible transmissions include Allison, Volvo/Mack, and Eaton/Fuller models, among others.
