The Chelsea 282XKAJX-B3SD or 282XKAJXB3SD is a genuine Chelsea 282 Series Power Take-Off assembly, the medium-duty hot shift PTO designed for demanding mobile equipment applications including aerial, construction, towing and recovery, water trucks, and home fuel oil delivery trucks. The 282 Series mounts via an 8-bolt pattern and offers air or hydraulic (PowerShift) shift options. The series supports intermittent torque ratings from 201 to 300 lb-ft (401-500 Nm) and shaft power output up to 57 HP at 1,000 RPM. Output shaft options within the series include a 1-1/4 in. round shaft with 5/16 in. key and a 1 in. round shaft with 1/4 in. key.
