The Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off, part number 489GHAHX-P3XK or 489GHAHXP3XK, mounts directly to an 8-bolt transmission opening on most manual transmissions, including Eaton/Fuller, Volvo/Mack, and Tremec, without an adapter plate. The one-piece cast iron housing eliminates the adapter plate leak path while delivering the same intermittent torque capacity as the 442 Series. Shift type is wire/cable mechanical. The output shaft is a 1-1/4" round with key, and this unit is pressure-lubricated (P designation). Shaft power is rated at 24 HP at 500 RPM and 48 HP at 1,000 RPM.
