The Chelsea 871 Series Power Take-Off, part number 871XBFJP-B5BV or 871XBFJPB5BV, is a 10-bolt hydraulic PowerShift PTO designed for Allison transmissions. The 871 Series delivers continuous-duty torque capacity up to 670 lb-ft (908 N-m) without derating for continuous operation. Nine speed ratios and thirteen output options give this unit broad application flexibility across fire and rescue, refuse, truck crane, and pumper-cleaner equipment. A ductile iron bearing cap - 117% stronger than gray iron - combined with an O-ring sealing configuration between the housing and bearing cap reduces vibrational effects from modern engine designs. Wet Spline, SmartStart, and Quiet Gear options are each available on this series. The 871 Series replaces the earlier Chelsea 870 Series PTO.
