The Chelsea 878 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 878XAFJP-M5AC or 878XAFJPM5AC, is a constant mesh PTO engineered for Allison and CAT 10-bolt transmission mounting. The 878 Series delivers up to 670 lb-ft of torque in a compact package, with a single continuous duty torque rating that simplifies application planning. A ductile iron bearing cap provides 117% greater strength compared to gray iron, and an O-ring sealing configuration between the housing and bearing cap improves clamp load and reduces vibration-related wear. Nine speed ratios cover both low and high speed needs. Rotatable cast-iron flanges reduce clearance interference, and a Positive Stop design on driveline outputs eliminates oil seal damage from coupling contact. A hose is included with the assembly. Call us to confirm proper fit for your specific transmission configuration.
