The Chelsea 878XBFJP-M5AC or 878XBFJPM5AC is a constant mesh Power Take-Off Assembly from the Chelsea 878 Series, engineered to fit Allison and CAT 10-bolt transmissions. The ductile iron bearing cap is 117% stronger than gray iron, and an o-ring sealing configuration between the housing and bearing cap improves clamp load while reducing vibration-related wear. Rotatable cast-iron flanges reduce interference clearance issues, and driveline outputs include a positive stop feature to prevent oil seal damage. Nine speed ratios cover both low and high speed demands. The wet spline lubrication option extends shaft service life by 7 to 10 times. A hydraulic hose is included.
