The Chelsea 878 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 878XFFJP-M5XV or 878XFFJPM5XV, is a constant mesh PTO designed to mount on Allison and CAT 10-bolt transmissions. The 878 Series delivers up to 670 lb-ft of torque in a compact package, with a single continuous-duty torque rating that eliminates the guesswork between intermittent and continuous use. A ductile iron bearing cap rated 117% stronger than gray iron and an O-ring sealing configuration between the housing and bearing cap reduce vibration damage and improve clamp load. Rotatable cast-iron flanges cut interference clearance issues, and the driveline output's positive stop eliminates oil seal damage from coupling contact.
